Heuristic evaluation for a enterprise level internal web portal.
Electronic Data Systems is an IT Service solution company focusing on client business process review, outsourcing strategy, and application service.
We were charged deconstruct an internal EDS website, reviewing the full Information Architecture plus wireframes in a series of concise reports.
Results: Design and usability issues which keep the system from being utilized to its full capacity, were addressed and resolved.

Travelocity/Sabre
Taxonomy evaluation, and web implementation for web portal.
Travelocity/Sabre creates software platforms that enable the purchase of travel-related services to consumers. Additionally, they create software that allows third party travel agents to use the system for booking travel services for their clients.
We were tasked with the creation of a site that would inform all third party vendors of new features and functionality of new iterations of the software. Because all third-party clients used different versions of the software, we needed to create an information design solution that allowed for a large amount of content to be easily accessed.
Results: Design and usability issues which keep the system from being utilized to its full capacity, were addressed and resolved. A full install of the Contribute Content Management System was installed, and the Navigation System was redesigned.
